Adhesive Test Stringent testing done at the adhesive subcontractor’s lab to ensure the highest and most consistent quality adhesive. |

Vinyl quality check Quality check at every stage of film subcontractor’s production line. |

Finished product quality check In-coming material inspection to check the thickness of films and liners with gauge, as well as checking film opacity, color or other spec per purchasing records. |

Printing test After adhesive coating, inspecting the final printing quality of films using in-house Mutoh inkjet printer. |

Adhesion testing Checking the adhesion of every batch with in-house peel tester, testing for the initial 20 minutes adhesion and 24hours adhesion per test standard PSTC-101. |
